This service is published by BTCPAYOFF LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under number 16533063.
These terms apply to every use of the site. Using it means accepting them.
What the service does
You choose a document, send a photo, and our engine reframes it, adjusts its background and formats it to the recorded requirements of that document.
The preview is free. The print-ready file is paid, once, at the price shown before payment.
What the service does not do
We check what a machine can check. We do not check your gaze, your expression, your glasses or the angle the photo was taken from.
We are not an authority and we deliver no official validation. The final decision belongs to the administration receiving your file. A photo prepared here may still be refused.
Your commitments
- Send a photo of yourself, or of a person who has agreed to it.
- Do not send unlawful content, or content infringing someone else's rights.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service, nor to use it in an automated way.
- Check that the document you selected is the right one before paying.
Price and payment
The price is shown before payment, tax included. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never receive your card details.
Refund conditions are set out in our refund policy.
Availability
We do our best to keep the service running, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. It may be suspended for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
Files are deleted automatically after the periods stated in our privacy policy. It is up to you to download your file in time.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the order in question.
We are not liable for a photo refused by an authority, for a wrong document chosen, or for a file not downloaded before it expired.
Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
